Private contributions comprise a large portion of our annual budget and our work to build schools within the war-torn communities of southern Sudan would not be possible without your generous support.

$10,000 - Builds 1 classroom for 45 students in a primary or secondary school.
$7,500 - Provides 1 grinding mill for local women to grind sorghum and millets, will free up young girls to attend school, and will provide the opportunity to start a micro business..
$5,000 - Provides training, salary and support for 1 teacher for 1 school year.
$2,500 - Provides 5 computers for 1 classroom.
$1,500 - Provides 1 brick-making machine to make low cost stabilized soil blocks from soil and cement, will employ local men during the schools construction and will provide the opportunity to start a micro business.
$1,000 - Provides 5 sewing machines for local women to sew school uniforms, will free up young girls to attend school, and will provide the opportunity to start a micro business.
$750 - Provides 1 oil-press machine for local men or women to create cooking oil from sunflower and sesame seeds, and will provide the opportunity to start a micro business.
$500 - Provides 1 solar panel to power 1 classroom.
$250 - Provides school supplies for 250 students for 6 months.
$200 - Provides 2 micro-irrigation water pumps used for small-scale commercial farming for local men or women, and will provide the opportunity to start a micro business.
$150 - Provides 1 teacher’s salary for 1 month.
$125 - Provides 5 school uniforms.
$100 - Provides 1 student’s tuition for an entire school year.
$75 - Provides 2 wooden desks that seats 2-to-4 students each.
$50 - Provides 1 backpack for 1 child with school supplies for 1 school year.
$35 - Provides medicine for 1 student for 1 school year.
$25 - Provides 12 children with 1 school lunch per day for 1 school year.
